ABA therapy for toddlers in St. Louis starts with an intake request, and most families reach a first session 2 to 4 weeks later. Our Maryland Heights clinic serves children ages 2 to 7 and our South County clinic ages 2 to 13. Play-based ABA and early intervention are both offered in Missouri. An ASD diagnosis is needed for insurance coverage, and we accept Medicaid, United, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna and Cigna.
It is applied behavior analysis for very young children with autism. Communication, play and daily routines are taught in small steps, with positive reinforcement and a plan written by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
