Caitie Maas

Caitie Maas, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Clinical Supervisor

I have worked in the ABA field since 2013 and began my career as a behavior technician after being introduced to ABA during my undergraduate studies. This experience led me to earn my BCBA certification and continue growing in a field where I can make a meaningful impact on children and their families.

My approach is individualized and realistic, recognizing that every child is different and that ABA strategies can be applied both in therapy and everyday life. I focus on empathy, open communication, and collaboration to create a supportive environment where clients, families, and staff feel valued. Seeing lasting progress and real-world outcomes is the most rewarding part of my work.

I moved to Illinois in 2024 with my husband, Andy, and have a daughter, Chloe, and two cats. I enjoy reading sci-fi and fantasy, watching stand-up comedy, and bringing humor into my day.
