Megan J.A. Farrar M.Ed, BCBA, LBA

Lead Clinical Manager

I have worked in ABA and Special Education since 2012, with experience supporting children and adults ages 2–22 across home, clinic, school, and residential settings. While my background is broad, I have the most experience working with young children ages 2–5.

My approach centers on connection first. Building genuine, trusting relationships—through verbal and nonverbal communication—creates the foundation for meaningful growth. I’m passionate about helping families understand that progress doesn’t stop at the clinic, and that with time, patience, and support, parents can confidently apply strategies at home.

I also value supporting and encouraging staff. Creating a positive, open environment where team members feel appreciated and supported is just as important to me as client success. One of the most rewarding parts of my role is watching both clients and RBTs grow and thrive in the field.

Outside of work, I previously served as a team leader with AmeriCorps NCCC and enjoy yoga, dancing, and playing the ukulele (not very well). I love spending time with my dog, Maple, being with family, and watching true crime documentaries. I’m also known for being super silly, which helps me connect easily with kids and coworkers.
