I serve as a Clinical Supervisor at Bright Futures ABA and am committed to providing individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy that supports meaningful growth for children with autism and their families. With a strong foundation in behavior analysis and clinical leadership, I am passionate about creating programs that are thoughtful, effective, and centered around each child’s unique strengths and needs.
In my role, I oversee treatment planning, mentor clinical staff, and collaborate closely with families to ensure every child receives consistent, high-quality care. I believe progress happens through partnership, and I value open communication, clear goal-setting, and teamwork in every aspect of therapy. Supporting both client growth and staff development is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.
I strive to foster an environment built on compassion, structure, and encouragement, where children feel confident learning new skills and families feel supported every step of the way. Helping children build independence and watching that progress carry into everyday life continues to inspire me in this field.
