Hanna Vollenweider, BCBA, LBA

Associate Director

I have worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis supporting children with autism and their families across clinic and community settings. As Associate Director at Bright Futures ABA, I am passionate about delivering individualized, evidence-based therapy that leads to meaningful and lasting progress. I believe that every child has unique strengths, and it is our role to build upon those strengths to foster confidence, communication, and independence.

My approach centers on collaboration and consistency. Strong partnerships with families and clinical staff create the foundation for successful outcomes. I value open communication, thoughtful treatment planning, and ensuring that skills learned in therapy carry over into everyday life. Helping families feel empowered and supported throughout their child’s journey is one of the most important parts of my work.

Supporting and developing our team is equally meaningful to me. I strive to create a positive, growth-oriented environment where clinicians feel encouraged, appreciated, and confident in their abilities. Watching both clients and staff members grow, gain skills, and celebrate progress is one of the most rewarding aspects of my role.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, staying active, and finding small moments of balance in a busy world. I value connection, laughter, and bringing positive energy into every space I’m in — qualities that help me build strong relationships with both children and colleagues.
