Caitie Maas

Caitie Maas, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Clinical Supervisor

I have worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2013, beginning my career as a behavior technician after being introduced to ABA during my undergraduate studies. That early experience sparked a passion for helping children and families in meaningful, practical ways and ultimately led me to earn my BCBA certification. Since then, I have continued to grow in a field where I can make a lasting and positive impact.

My approach is individualized and realistic, recognizing that every child is different and that effective ABA strategies should extend beyond the therapy setting into everyday life. I value empathy, open communication, and collaboration, and I strive to create an environment where clients, families, and staff feel heard, respected, and supported. Seeing real-world progress and sustainable outcomes for families is the most rewarding part of my work.

In 2024, I moved to Illinois with my husband, Andy. We have a daughter, Chloe, and two cats who keep life interesting. Outside of work, I enjoy reading sci-fi and fantasy novels, watching stand-up comedy, and bringing a little humor into each day. I believe positivity and laughter can go a long way in building strong connections with both families and colleagues.
