Ashley Gaw, BCBA

Lead Clinical Manager

I have dedicated my career to supporting children with autism through individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Bright Futures ABA, I am passionate about helping children develop meaningful skills that increase independence, confidence, and overall quality of life. I believe progress looks different for every child, and I am committed to meeting each learner where they are while guiding them toward their personal goals.

My approach focuses on creating engaging, structured learning environments built on trust and positive reinforcement. Building strong relationships with children and families is at the heart of my work. I value collaboration and clear communication, ensuring that treatment plans are thoughtfully designed and that families feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout the therapy process.

I also enjoy working closely with our clinical team to promote consistency and high-quality care. Supporting staff growth and celebrating client milestones are some of the most rewarding aspects of my role. Watching children gain new skills and seeing their confidence grow reminds me why I chose this field.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, staying active, and finding creative outlets that bring balance and joy. I strive to bring positivity, patience, and enthusiasm into every session, helping create an environment where children feel safe, motivated, and excited to learn.
