I have four years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and discovered my passion for this work during my senior year at LSU while working as a behavior technician. Witnessing the meaningful impact ABA can have on children and their families inspired me to pursue my master’s degree with the goal of becoming a BCBA. I am driven by the opportunity to help children build skills that foster confidence, independence, and long-term success.
My approach is highly individualized and assent-based, focusing on each child’s unique needs, interests, and motivations to make learning engaging and meaningful. I believe children learn best when they feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their own progress. Celebrating milestones — both big and small — alongside children, families, and staff is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. I also value creating a collaborative and supportive environment where teamwork and open communication lead to continued growth.
Outside of work, I enjoy painting, cooking, reading, journaling, and hosting get-togethers with friends and family. Painting is my favorite way to express my creativity, and I strive to bring that same sense of creativity and positivity into my work each day.
