Programs & Services

Individualized Care. Meaningful Progress.

Our programs are designed to meet each child’s specific needs through individualized treatment plans built on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). From initial intake to ongoing therapy, our clinical team works closely with families to identify strengths, set goals, and develop meaningful skills that support growth, independence, and in school, and in the community.

Initial Intake

The journey begins with our Initial Intake process, where we take time to understand your child’s unique strengths, needs, and goals. During this evaluation, our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) uses research-based assessment tools and caregiver input to design a personalized treatment plan that fits your family’s priorities.

Key components include:

Caregiver interview and developmental history
Observation of your child’s strengths and behavioral needs
Structured skills and behavioral assessments
Hour recommendations based on your child’s needs
Development of individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans

Center-Based Therapy

Center-based therapy provides a structured, supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Our therapy centers are designed to promote focus, engagement, and skill development through individualized programs and positive reinforcement. By working in a dedicated setting with trained professionals, children benefit from consistent routines, peer interaction, and targeted learning opportunities that build confidence and independence.

Focus areas include:
Communication with family members
Activities of daily living (dressing, eating, cleaning up)

Communication and conversational skills
Understanding emotions and social cues
Teamwork and cooperative play

Everything You Need to Know About ABA Therapy and Our Process

We understand that beginning ABA therapy can feel overwhelming, and it’s natural to have questions about what to expect. At Bright Futures ABA, transparency and communication are at the heart of what we do. Our FAQ section was created to help families better understand the therapy process, insurance coverage, and ways to stay involved in their child’s progress. Here, you’ll find answers to common questions that can guide you every step of the way toward a brighter future for your child.
ABA Therapy is a medically necessary, evidence-based treatment that is covered by most major insurance providers. Our team will verify your benefits, explain your coverage, and guide you through every step of the approval process. If your insurance plan doesn’t cover ABA or you don’t currently have insurance, please contact us we’ll help explore funding options and resources to ensure your child receives the support they need.
The evaluation is the first step in creating your child’s personalized therapy plan. Our BCBA will meet with you to complete a caregiver interview, observe your child in natural settings, and conduct structured assessments to understand their strengths and challenges. The information collected helps us design a targeted, measurable treatment plan with clear goals for skill-building and behavior support.
Progress is continuously monitored through data collection during every session. Our therapists track improvements in skills and behaviors, and the BCBA regularly reviews this data to make adjustments as needed. Parents receive consistent updates and can view progress through our secure app or during scheduled consultations, ensuring full transparency and collaboration throughout the therapy process.
Therapy frequency is based on each child’s individualized plan, which may range from a few hours per week to more intensive daily sessions. Recommendations depend on your child’s needs, goals, and developmental level as determined during the initial intake. We’ll work with your schedule to create a plan that provides consistent support while balancing family routines and other commitments.

Parent involvement is one of the most powerful components of ABA therapy. Practicing learned skills at home, such as communication, daily routines, and play, helps reinforce what your child learns during sessions. Our therapists will guide you through easy-to-follow strategies and activities that fit naturally into your day-to-day life, so progress continues long after each session ends.
